Yoga is a great way to exercise, increase flexibility and muscle strength/tone. It improves respiration, energy, metabolism and aids weight loss.
Our sessions are for all abilities and will help improve your confidence, physical wellbeing and mental health whilst learning in a safe and friendly environment. Sessions cost £3 or £18 per 6-week course (please note there will be no session on 12 February).
You need to be registered with Mary Frances Trust to attend any activity. If you haven’t used our services in three months, you will need to register again.
