by Mary Frances Trust733 people viewed this event.Our 4-week Self-Defence Course starting on Thursday 5 March 2020 will help you to discover how to achieve greater confidence, improved emotional health and physical wellbeing.
A crèche is available but only for those using Epsom Down Family Services. Places are limited, so call Angelina on 01737 851 079/085 to secure a place for your child.
You need to be registered with MFT to attend any of our activities. If you haven’t used our services in three months, you will need to register again.
