Mind The Gap is a group for young people aged 18-25 year old. Base is our peer supported monthly meeting – a safe space to relax, chat, get support and learn about your mental health. You’ll be offered activities, such as arts, creative projects, music, cooking and much more! The group decides what they want to do and plans the activities themselves with the help of tutors and volunteers.
The group meets on the last Thursday of every month, from 6.30pm until 8.30pm.
